Can I just walk in?

No. Booked appointments only. The technician you would be walking in on is already sitting with somebody else — every deal here is private, one technician and one person, so the hour has to be reserved. Booking takes under a minute.

Are the prices really flat?

Yes. The price on the deal is the whole price, and you pay after the work is done — never before. There is no upsell waiting at the end, and the $20 deals have no subscription attached to them.

What is a plugin?

A small package that teaches Claude Cowork to do one job properly — the folder structure, the rules it has to follow, the work it does every week, and the finished document at the end. It runs on your laptop, on your account. We install it with you at the appointment and you keep it.

Do I need Claude Cowork already installed?

No. If it is not on your laptop yet we install it first, in the same appointment, for the same $20. Bring the laptop you actually use.

Come pitch it. The appointment is free. If it does one job properly we will market it, sell it, install it and support it, and we agree on the revenue share before you leave.

Is this a class?

No. There is no room full of people, no slides and no curriculum. You pick a deal, a technician sits down next to you, and the two of you do that specific thing on your own device.

What should I bring?

Your phone or your laptop — whatever the thing actually lives on. For the plugin deal bring the laptop you want it installed on.

Can I do more than one deal in a visit?

Do you serve outside Charleston?

No. We only work in Charleston — every appointment happens at the lab and we like it that way. If you are outside the Charleston metro, we are not the right fit.
