Before you book
Can I just walk in?
No. Booked appointments only. The technician you would be walking in on is already sitting with somebody else — every deal here is private, one technician and one person, so the hour has to be reserved. Booking takes under a minute.
Are the prices really flat?
Yes. The price on the deal is the whole price, and you pay after the work is done — never before. There is no upsell waiting at the end, and the $20 deals have no subscription attached to them.
What is a plugin?
A small package that teaches Claude Cowork to do one job properly — the folder structure, the rules it has to follow, the work it does every week, and the finished document at the end. It runs on your laptop, on your account. We install it with you at the appointment and you keep it.
Do I need Claude Cowork already installed?
No. If it is not on your laptop yet we install it first, in the same appointment, for the same $20. Bring the laptop you actually use.
Which plugin is on the bench right now?
The Estate Clerk — Turns a folder on your laptop into an estate file: the deadline register, one document per asset, the creditor claim log, and drafts of the South Carolina probate forms. It is the one at $20. New plugins go up regularly, so check the deal before you book if you had a particular one in mind.
Can I get one of the older plugins instead?
Yes. Nothing we build gets retired — it just stops being the deal. Every plugin that has been on the bench is still installable at $160, which is one hour of Professional Services at Charleston AI’s standard rate.
